CVP - Creative Vision of Packaging - the manufacturer and distributor of plastic packaging, treated themselves to new premises that help promote well-being and productivity, in the heart of the Village des Voiles office park in Wambrechies in the north of France. Director Jean-Michel Lehembre shows us round his world.
It was Jean-Michel Lehembre, director and founder of the company CVP, who initiated this project. Concerned about the well-being of his employees and what they wanted, he first sent them an email to find out what they felt would be the ideal offices.
The following products were used when fitting out their new premises, offices, meeting rooms and areas to relax: Oberon Sitting/standing desks, Serie [e] one Desks, POC Storage, Serie [e] one Boxes, acoustic partitions, Essencia Mesh desk chairs, Foldex Folding tables, Ava Tables, Plint Stools...

"The offices had to follow a very specific list of requirements: everybody wanted premises that respected sustainable development to match our brand image, which defines our role as delivering plastic packaging solutions that are ahead of their time," Jean-Michel Lehembre recalls.
After several months of work, the result is a good match to the group's image: a building with a high standard of energy efficiency and a wooden frame. And this new structure does everything the old one did, and more! "At Linselles our former premises were beginning to feel old. The atmosphere here is much more cheerful and welcoming," says an employee. With a total area of 300 m2, the new building is on two floors. The lower floor is where the products are stored, plus showers and a meeting room. The upper floor is home to about 20 employees. In terms of layout, the offices judiciously combine design, modernity and optimum use of space, with special attention being paid to ergonomics. The area is bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows which can be opened.
For Jean-Michel Lehembre, this new location was an opportunity to start off on a good footing. "We left our bad habits behind. I asked, for example, that everyone clears their desk and empties the wastepaper basket every evening." A task which so far has been carried out to the letter. "Your working environment is where you spend most of your time, so it is better if it is really clean and tidy!" says the company's founder with a smile.
